1. Orders are eligible for return within five days from the date of delivery.
2. Returns or cancellations are not accepted for orders that include custom tailoring, such as fall and edging services.

5. Customers must submit a return request by emailing support@bhavanahandlooms.in, including order details and the reason for the return. For damaged or incorrect items, it is mandatory to include photographs of the product, price tag, and packaging received.
6. Our support team will review the return request and provide approval as necessary.

8. Products must be returned in their original condition—unaltered and unused—with the price tag (and the silk mark tag, if applicable) still attached. The saree folding should remain intact.
9. Reverse pickup is available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items in selected PIN codes.
10. We will cover the logistics costs for both outbound and return shipments.
11. Refunds or gift cards will be issued after the item is received and approved by our quality assurance team. The refund amount or gift card will only include the product cost; any additional costs incurred by the company or customer will not be refunded.
12. All refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the order. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for the refund to process from the date of initiation.
